I lost my username/password, or my username and password don't work. Can you help? |
Our usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so you might want to try typing in ALL CAPS. Users who have a verified email address can click on the "Forgot Your Password" link at the bottom of the login box. |

Well I developed a system that automates pretty much everything associated with the booking procedure, eliminating the need for staff, telephones, etc etc. This dramatially reduces the cost of running a booking center and therefore leaves more left over to pass along as savings to you.

What if I have a specific question about a Tour |
Well if you have not booked already then please use the contact form and contact us we are happy to answer any questions you might have. If you have already booked please contact your tour provider directly with any questions.

What if I have to cancel |
Depending on what you have booked will determine the cancellation policy for example if you booked a hotel you are bound by there cancellation policys which can be found on there website which was provided to you upon your reservation.
Each operator has different cancellation policys depending on when you cancel ie last minute cancellation please check with your tour provider for exact cancellation policy. |
